Our Refund & Exchange Policy
When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not, we offer the following:
- Refunds on Full Price Items within 14 days of purchase.
- The item must be in the same condition as when you bought it.
- You must provide the original receipt.
- The item must be clearly labelled with a Queenscourt Hospice price ticket.
This excludes multi-buy offers, one-day offers, and promotions
As goodwill, Refunds on Faulty Items are within 30 days of purchase. You must provide your original, in-date receipt.
Please note: Items are donated and may not be perfect. Minor imperfections do not necessarily make an item faulty. Please inspect items before purchasing.
Exchanges or Credit Notes Can be offered at the current selling price, provided:
- The item is in the same condition as when purchased.
- It is clearly labelled with a Queenscourt Hospice price ticket.
Please note: Refunds for marked sale items are only available via credit note.
