All our volunteers will receive induction training in preparation for their activities, along with mandatory training (to meet any statutory requirements) and regular updates, dependent upon their area of work. We provide ongoing support through a dedicated volunteer supervisor, or through the volunteer coordinators, and maintain good communication to keep you informed on all things Queenscourt. We will also provide a safe, reliable and respectful environment.
In return, we ask that you follow our policies and procedures, that you tell us of any changes in your availability to volunteer and attend training as required.
