David Robinson is a charity and healthcare leader committed to improving care quality and organisational culture. As Chief Executive of Derian House Children’s Hospice, he led major improvements in governance, safeguarding and services, helping the organisation move from Requires Improvement to a CQC Outstanding rating while securing financial stability. He is Vice‑Chair Trustee at Reuben’s Retreat and previously held the same role at Derian House, contributing to strategy, governance and safeguarding. David has supported wider palliative care collaboration through regional and national advisory roles and gained valuable insight into patient priorities as a lay member of the Southport and Ormskirk NHS Trust Patient Experience Group. Earlier senior roles in the corporate sector strengthened his expertise in finance, risk and complex change. Passionate about hospice care, he is honoured to join Queenscourt Hospice as a Trustee.
