Who We Are

Cheshire and Merseyside Hospice Provider Collaborative is a recently established group of 12 independent charitable hospice care providers supporting people of all ages in the region.

Our mission is to ensure that the people of Cheshire and Merseyside have access to high quality, responsive palliative and end of life hospice care when they need it, no matter who they are or where they live.

Our collective vision is to provide excellence in hospice care by listening to our communities and integrating seamlessly with our local NHS organisations and commissioners, alongside partners in the voluntary and private sectors; planning together, acting together and achieving together for the benefit of people at end of life in the communities we serve.

The region covered by the members of the collaborative is rich in diversity and we want to be able to reflect that in the provision of care we provide. We are committed to being inclusive and tackling the inequality of access to palliative and end-of-life care.
