Compassionate Communities Survey

We are currently developing a Compassionate Communities project as part of our strategy. Its aim is to bring together local people and services, creating a network of kindness, to improve end of life care and bereavement support for our whole community.

We want to address gaps in support and enhance the help available for those who need it; whether they be patients, loved ones, carers or anyone seeking advice and support. To make this possible we need to understand the views and experiences of people within our community.
