The delicate sprays of flowers look as natural as the real thing and throughout June they will be displayed in our gardens, here at Queenscourt. We’ll send you a pretty dedication card to display at home.
Simply make your donation and dedication online today here or pick up a leaflet from Queenscourt's Reception, one of our local charity shops or Boxtree Kitchen, our cafe.
“My flower is dedicated to my wonderful Mum - Joan Johnson. Mum died just after her 75th birthday in June 2016, so it’s a difficult time of year for us. Donating and dedicating a flower feels like a special tribute and helps me remember the happy times we spent together. I know mum would be so proud and that my donation will help ensure other families experience the wonderful support we did from Queenscourt”

Your donation will make such a difference
£10 could go towards our library of children’s books which we share with families to help them deal with understanding loss and grief.
£25 could help fund a creative therapy session for a patient. Completing projects can lead to a sense of achievement and pride, whilst creating special gifts and memories for family and friends
Last year those who kindly supported the Forget Me Not Appeal helped to raise over £9,000, which has already given vital care and support to many local patients.
