Is it nearly Christmas?

Everyone gets a smile at Burscough as Rita shows!

We have cards other than Christmas. Birthdays, anniversaries, you name it…

Dot, Anne, and Enid are waiting to serve you

Our latest shop at Burscough has been open for nearly a year now, and sales are steadily rising, thanks to the hard work of a great( in quality if not numbers!) band of volunteers. They are all kept in check by Rita, but it was whispered to me that it might be the other way round, and that they keep Rita in check!

I paid a visit there recently, and received a very warm welcome and a tour of the shop. If you live in or around Burscough and would like to give some of your time, we would be delighted to see you. Please direct your application initially to Pam O’Malley, our volunteer coordinator on 01704 544645. Here are a few photos of my recent visit. Many thanks to all at the Burscough shop. In case any of our other shops are feeling left out, photo opportunities will be provided soon. You could be an internet superstar!!
